Accessibility

The lab is fully accessible to all with automatic doors throughout and disabled toilets in and outside of the lab. There is also a disabled access fume hood which can be raised or lowered when necessary alongside a height adjustable bench which features an integrated glassware washing sink.  There are also many other ways in which lab sessions can be made more accessible for individual student's needs and the department has a dedicated disability contact who works with students alongside the teaching labs technical team to find solutions that work for everyone.
